Joy and colors flood the streets and you feel the protagonist of a great improvised show. There is nothing that prevents you from enjoying what you''ve been waiting for a year: Carnival. The most emblematic party on the island that has been smiles for centuries and filling Tenerife with rhythm, glitter and debauchery.
The Carnival House
The Carnival House of Santa Cruz de Tenerife opened its doors in June 2017 to give testimony and stable dissemination of the most important festival in the city, the only one in the Canary Islands declared of International Tourist Interest, throughout the year.
The Carnival House, although by concept will always be in continuous renovation, will host an exhibition with especially symbolic elements of the party, such as the first poster poster -work by the painter Juan Galarza- or the baton used as a baton by the director of the Afilarmónica Ni Fú-Ni Fá, the remembered Enrique González.
The Carnival House can be visited from this Monday for free until September, every day of the week,
from 09:00 to 19:00.
